Over the years Erin Mykleby has gained experience working in athletics departments and other organizations all over the country.

Erin Mykleby worked at National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), where she worked with organizations such as the Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association (D2CCA) and the Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA). Prior to working at NACDA, Erin Mykleby also gained experience teaching and coaching sports like swimming, basketball and volleyball in Belgium.

Erin Mykleby graduated from Luther College in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. While she was there, Erin was a Captain of the Luther women’s swimming and diving team. At the same time, Erin also minored in Communication Studies. Erin then received her Master’s degree in sports management from the University of Iowa in December 2014. While at Iowa, Erin was a teaching assistant and she also served as a supervisor for the undergraduate Sports Business Internship program.

She also taught and coached volleyball, basketball and swimming in Belgium. Also, Erin Mykleby worked with the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) for a time. There, she served as liaison to a number of NACDA affiliate organizations, including the Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) and the Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association (D2CCA).
